Dear Tenderer

We invite you to tender for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of loose furniture and equipment at Arklow Community College, Arklow, Co. Wicklow, Ireland.

Lots 1 - 30 Equipment Lists and Specifications

Lots A - I Loose Furniture Tenders

RFT General Documents - RFT Document (for all Lots) and Department of Education & Skills Loose Furniture Specifications

 

This new two-storey second level school is currently under construction and is due for completion Oct 2015.

Closing date for receipt of hardcopy tender documents is:

12 noon on 14th January 2015

Tenders are to be submitted as per details on the RFT Document and must include the following:

  • Completed and signed Tenderer's Statement in the RFT Document Appendix 3
  • Completed and signed Declaration as to Personal Circumstances of Tenderer in the RFT Document Appendix 5 (to be signed by solicitor)
  • For tenderers of Loose Furniture - completed and signed Pricing Document with a composite Certificate of Compliance and Summary
  • For tenderers of Equipment - completed Pricing Schedule(s) & Equipment Lists and Specifications as outlined in the RFT Appendix 2 (for each Lot)

Please note all preferred tenderers will be required to submit evidence of Tax Compliance/current valid Tax Clearance Certificate
