This integrated service solution is comprised of the following elements: Service Category Service Element 1. Design Services Design for High Level Projects (Requiring the skills of a senior, highly skilled designer with a minimum of five years experience and the appropriate skills in design for print Design for Medium Level Projects (Requiring the skills of a Mid-range designer with a minimum of three years experience and the appropriate skills in design for print Maintenance of a Digital Asset Register 2. Print Services Production of : Books Booklets Cards Display Material Forms Invitations Leaflets Newsletters Posters Reports Special Projects 3. Print Management Services Design and Print Consultancy/Advice as required , Management of required Design and Print Services Management of Storage and Distribution functions Management of Computerised Management System, Central to the efficient delivery of all elements of the integrated service solution Sole responsibility for on time delivery of quality products and services (Design and Print ) for agreed maximum costs tendered for all projects listed in Schedule 1 of Appendix D1.
