HSE 4642 - Assisted Admissions/Returns (Nurse-Led) Service
The HSE invites tender submissions from suitably qualified service providers for the provision of a specialist Nurse-Led Assisted Admissions / Returns service for HSE Mental Health Services nationwide.
The closing date for receipt of tenders is 12.00 Noon Monday 15th December 2014.
Each tender submission should clearly identify the name and address of the company making the submission using the Address Label at the end of the Tender Response Document and be marked with Reference Number HSE Project 4642.
Tenders may NOT be submitted by Email, Fax or via the Tender Postbox facility on the etenders website.
