NUIG/BUILD/015/14 - Invitation to Tender for Project Manager Quantity Surveyor (PMQS) Services for the development of Student Accommodation Phase 1

NUI Galway wishes to invite Tenders from suitably experienced parties to assist in the delivery of the above Project. This ITT (Ref: NUIG/BUILD/015/14) is seeking the delivery of the Services. The University has, following detailed analysis, identified an urgent need to add significant additional student accommodation in addition to existing accommodation at Corrib Village. The first phase of the development plan will comprise of the development of c450 student bed spaces on a green field site on the north campus of the University at Upper Newcastle Rd.
