Economic Operators noting their interest and who wish to participate in this process should download the attached Pre-Qualifaction Questionnaire (PQQ). The PQQ should be completed in it's entirety and returned as per the instructions enclosed in the PQQ. No information should be uploaded through E-Tenders. The absence of any information sought in the phase of the process may render your submission invalid.
