Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board is tendering for RFT 88907, Demolition of existing PE Hall to the side of existing school and the construction of a new 4800m2 stand-alone extension to the same location and associated ancillary site development works at Breifne College, Cootehill Road, Cullies, Cavan through a restricted procedure procurement process on eTenders.

 

Before submitting an Expression of Interest, applicants should refer to the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire DoES-QW1 Suitability Assessment Questionnaire Restricted (Revision March 2014) which is attached to eTenders advertisement at www.etenders.gov.ie and satisfy themselves that they meet the minimum standards required.

 

The successful applicants will be required to produce the necessary evidence before appointment. To apply for Inclusion on the short-list for the above project the Applicant must;

 

• complete DoES-QW1 Suitability Assessment Questionnaire Restricted (Revision March 2014)

• include all required information as set out in DoES-QW1 Suitability Assessment Questionnaire Restricted (Revision March 2014)

• submit one hard copy of the completed documents in an envelope marked "Private and Confidential - Tender of XXXX Breifne College Extension"  to Mr Martin G. O'Brien, Chief Executive, Cavan and Monaghan ETB, Church View Square, Cavan no later than 5pm on Wednesday 29 October 2014.
