The Office of Government Procurement, on behalf of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform (the Contracting Authority), on behalf of public bodies and prescribed bodies as defined in the Freedom of Information Act 1997 and 2003, (the "Framework Clients"), invites tenders from suitably qualified economic operators for participation in a Framework Agreement for the provision of the FOI Training Services.
