Project 4091 - Laboratory Specimen Transport in the Louth Meath Hospital Group
Dear Supplier,
The requirement is for the successful tenderer to propose, outline and implement a complete temperature controlled laboratory specimen transport solution for the temperature controlled collection, transport and delivery of blood, fluid and tissue specimens in line with ADR, UN3373 and IATA regulations and ISO 15189:2012 requirements in the Louth Meath Hospital Group (LMHG).
You are advised that after examining the attached documentation, you should complete Appendix 1 – Tender Statement in the Invitation to Tender document and return as instructed.
In addition, your attention is drawn to the Communications Protocol contained within the Appendix 1 – Tenderer Statement. All correspondence for this process must be addressed in writing to .
Tenderers are also requested to consolidate any Tender Queries they may have so as to allow for a more efficient and timely response to same.
The closing date for receipt of tenders is Tuesday 14th October @ 3pm.
