2014 - Professional Services for the Irish Aid Fellowship Programme

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade has provided support for fellowship training for forty years as part of Ireland’s bilateral aid programme through Irish Aid. The programme is part of Irish Aid’s broad programme of support to capacity building in developing countries. The day-to-day management and provision of professional services for the fellowship training programme is currently subcontracted to a management agency. The current three year contract expires in December, 2014. Irish Aid now wishes to invite tenders for the management of an expanded fellowship programme (encompassing seven strands -the Fellow Training Programme, Kader Asmal, IDEAS Strand I and Strand II, LANITH and Metta) for the three year period commencing 1st January, 2015.
