New development of a swimming pool complex & outdoor eductional building, incorporating indoor swimming pools, viewing area, changing & storage facilites, fitness gym, aerobics studio, climbing wall, lecture rooms & associated offices, site services, carpark, pedestrian links at Knockacroghery, Castlebar, Co. Mayo. SITE 2. New development of outdoor playing pitches, athletic track & clubhouse, incorporating changing, toilet & storage facilities and all associated site services, carparking, flood lighting, CCTV at Knockaphunta, Castlebar, Co Mayo. The approximate total capital value of the project is in the region of €10- 11 million.
