Debt Recovery Services

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) wishes to establish a multi-party framework agreement for the provision of a Debt Recovery Service including where necessary, instigation of legal action to recover debts in Court. The service involves some or all of the following • Letter from debt collectors to debtor, introducing debt collector, quantifying the outstanding amounts due to EPA, and demanding payment. • Final demand letter from debt collectors to debtor, initiation and execution of legal proceeds. • Execution of judgments. • Expert advice on debt management • Communicate on ad hoc basis as required • Report progress monthly in a format agreed with EPA
