P2469 - HOB Refurbishment Project (Design & Build)

The Contracting Authority will produce a set of documents prior to issuing the Request for Proposal for the D&B contract; the documents will include Design Intent information accompanied with performance specifications. The documents will be referred to as the “Employers Requirements Documents”. The D&B Contractor shall complete the design in accordance with the Employers Requirement Documents with the object of constructing and handing over a refurbished office building fully commissioned and fit for purpose.
