2014/1024 - Request for Tenders for the Provision of Supplementary Professional Transcription Services for the Houses of the Oireachtas

This public procurement competition relates to the engagement in a multi-operator Framework Agreement for the provision of circa 12 personnel (herinafter referred to as 'Transcribers') at any one time to deliver professional transcription services. The transcription services will be mainly required to provide assistance to the Contracting Authority to cover parliamentary inquiries. This service must be provided inhouse on the Leinster House campus. As these services are required to cover mainly, but not exclusively, future possible parliamentary inquiries, the workload is unpredictable and cannot be quantified or guaranteed at this time. Please note that the services provided under this RFT are deemed to be additional to the services currently provided by the Contracting Authority’s internal Parliamentary Reporters
