Thank you for your interest in the new Security Contract being put in place by the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement early next year.
Please note that Appendix II is vital in your submission. The Appendix must be submitted with your tender, indeed it will form the basis of the first qualifying criteria. In completing the Appendix, please pay particular attention to the requirements for each part - e.g. do not put a tick in abox if the question is what page the relevant information can be found.
As the Office requires this Appendix as part of your submission, it will not be made available in Word format but rather should be printed and completed by hand - signatures will be required too.
A Site Visit will be arranged for interested bidders, on Friday 5 September 2014 at 12 noon. Simply email the named representative to notify that you will attend.
TUPE rules will apply, but our requirement is for basic rates (i.e. without taking TUPE into account) so that we may compare like with like. TUPE will afterwards be applied when the contract is being awarded.
In the event that bidders need clarification or have queries, a list of questions and answers will be published on the etenders site each Monday from 1 to 22 September inclusive, subject to demand. All queries must be emailed to the representative named in the RFT and no information will be made available privately to a single bidder only.
