Detailed description:

The development will consist of the removal of c.350m2 of existing prefabricated structures and the construction of a new c.3846m2 stand-alone extension to the rear of the existing school with 2no. covered walkways, an ESB substation and bin store, 2no. hardcourts, 32no. additional car parking spaces, 85 no. bicycle parking spaces, improvements to existing footpaths, roadways and drop off facilities to the Duntahane Road, boundary fencing, landscaping and all associated ancillary development works.
