The framework will cover Legal requirements for Irelandbe used by BGE and its subsidiaries to draw down legal services in respect of their respective requirements over the duration of the framework. Therefore, where the context requires, BGE shall mean any or all of Bord Gáis Éireann and each of its subsidiaries. The framework will cover legal requirements for Ireland, and the UK. BGE reserves the right to appoint any other legal adviser outside the framework agreement to undertake legal services. The intention is to establish a framework agreement for legal servicesin two Lots categorised as follows: The legal services required by BGE have been divided into 2 lots as follows:- Lot 1: Legal Services - Ireland Lot 2: Legal Services – Great Britain

BGE’s requirement for legal services is being tendered by Bord Gáis Éireann/Ervia for its entire business. The framework will be used by BGE and its subsidiaries to draw down legal services in respect of their respective requirements over the duration of the framework. Where the context requires, BGE shall mean any or all of BGE/Ervia and each of its subsidiaries.
The Invitation to Tender will will be issued to all candidates who forward an Expression of interest and send via email for the attention of The Shared Services Procurement Manager to kkidd@bge.ie The ITT must be completed and returned to the address in I.1. above not later than 12.00hrs Thursday 28th August 2014. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER ON ETENDERS AS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY DOCUMENTATION.
