86386 Internal Audit services - A single supplier & multi supplier Framework tender for Internal Audit, Corporate Governance and Risk Management Services

Services Required Single Supplier Framework Agreement (Lot 1) The framework will address a number of the key Internal Audit requirements within SOLAS and is likely to include the following; • Annual risk based audit planning • Co-ordination of Audit Committee meetings and servicing their requirements • Liaison with the Office of the Comptroller General in relation to the annual audit, including the finalization of key corporate governance documents such as the Statement of Internal Financial Control • Preparation of the Corporate Governance Register • Board presentations and liaison with senior management in SOLAS. • Temporary Head of Internal Audit role Multi supplier Framework Agreement (Lot 2) The framework will deal with the process that will be used by SOLAS to deliver some or all of the following; • Compliance and system audits as specified by the annual audit plan • ICT Auditing (to supplement / assist existing SOLAS auditor) • Development of new audit programmes • Special assignments • Investigations • Risk Management services
