2014P011 - PROVISION OF ENTERPRISE INFORMATION ARCHIVING SOLUTION TO THE CENTRAL BANK OF IRELAND

The Central Bank is looking to acquire an Enterprise Information Archiving system. The Bank has a staff complement of approximately 1500 people and uses standard fileshares, Microsoft Sharepoint and a Microsoft Exchange 2010 email system. We also currently use the Nearpoint Mail Archiving System which is now reaching end of life. The Bank’s IT infrastructure is hosted in a VMware virtual server environment on dedicated hardware in an external datacentre hosted by a third party provider.
