2023 - The Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Science Equipment

Dear Supplier

Please note that all documents relating to this competition are available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie only.    A single set of documents have been uploaded against Lot 1.  These documents are applicable to all lots, but separate tender response documents must be submitted for each lot being tendered for. 

All communication should be in accordance with the rules contained within the documentation.

The supplier is requested to carefully read the documentation in relation to format / protocol for questions, response times, format of response. 

Please note the contracting authority will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred in preparing a response.  The authority also reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage up to formal conclusion of a contract.

Suppliers are requested to monitor emails from EU-Supply (i.e. the etenders website) as clarifications will be notified from the etenders email rather than the authorities corporate email address.  

PLEASE NOTE a new version of eTenders is being launched on 15TH May 2023, however, this competition is being run on the current version and not the new version.  Tenderers must be aware of this when responding.
