The Contracting Authority invites responses to this RFT for (1) Provision of IT Service Desk Services (2) Provision of a Common User Passenger Processing System (CUPPS) (3) CUPPS Support

The Contracting Authority is seeking two service providers (tenderer or consortium) to provide the services. Each Tenderer can apply for either Lot 1 and Lot 3 or for Lot 2 and Lot 3 but tenderers cannot apply for all 3 Lots. In summary, each Tenderers must apply for 2 Lots, one of which must be Lot 3.
