EST SERVICES - Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Project Supervisor Design Process Services 2023 for major works projects

The Health Services Executive (HSE) invites expressions of interest, under the Restricted Procedure, from suitably qualified services providers for the provision of Project Supervisor Design Process Services (including Planning) [ including provision for potential separate appointment of a Technical Advisor if required by HSE] for which it is proposed to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement to award call-off contracts for major capital works projects (and in some cases minor capital works projects) at the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital, National Orthopaedic Hospital Cappagh and CHI at Temple Street.
