The Commissioner of An Garda Síochána (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of consultancy services to facilitate the outsourcing of the provision and operation of the Garda Safety Camera Network. The ultimate purpose of this Competition is the award of a Services Contract.
This public procurement competition (the “Competition”) will be conducted in accordance with the open procedure under the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (Statutory Instrument 284 of 2016) (the “Regulations”).
The Office of Government Procurement (the “OGP”) is an office within the Department of Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform tasked with sourcing goods and services on behalf of the public service. This public procurement competition (the “Competition”) is being conducted by the Contracting Authority with the support and assistance of the Office of Government Procurement (“OGP”).
