ARCHITECT LED DESIGN TEAM TO INCLUDE M+E, C+S AND FIRE ENGINEERING SERVICES, Q.S, CONSERVATION + LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, PLANNING AND ECOLOGIST SERVICES (FULL STAGES I-V) FOR SOUTH DUBLIN COUNTY COUNCIL WITH THE AWARD OF AN INITIAL CONTRACT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A RETAIL AND RESTAURANT SPACE IN COURTYARDS ADJOINING AND WITHIN THE CURTILAGE OF RATHFARNHAM CASTLE. TO INCLUDE THE FORMATION OF A MULTI-PARTY FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR SIMILAR DEVELOPMENT.
