Fit-out of approximately 3,000m2 of ambulatory healthcare facilities within a newly constructed commercial building over 7 separate floors including all mechanical & electrical plant & equipment installation. The proposed project involves the fit-out of a new commercial building 'The Earl Building', located in Dublin City Centre, as a healthcare facility as part of a decant project for the Rotunda Hospital. The Earl Building was designed as a commercial office building and is currently completed to a CAT A landlord fit-out standard over 7 floors (basement to 5th floor inclusive). The fit-out internal floor area is approximately 3,000m2. Various departments from Rotunda Hospital such as maternity outpatient department, paediatric outpatient department, colposcopy, medical social work, perinatal mental health will be decanted to the Earl Building in order to clear space on the existing main hospital campus to allow for a future development on campus.
