The Office requires Multifunction Devices for copying, printing and scanning with the ability for secure printing using proximity cards with an additional option of PIN printing. Tenderers must propose units that meet at least the specification listed below and give a full technical specification that details the elements included as standard in the listed offering e.g. LCT, ADF, Duplex, Cabinet.
