LOT 1 Tenderers are required to provide a secure user-friendly Website and underlying architecture (the "System") to manage the production of Statutory Instruments for Clients. An example of a Statutory Instrument is available in Example 1 (see attached documents). The System will be used by Clients to upload, in text format draft Statutory Instruments pertinent to their areas of responsibility. The Statutory Instruments will pass through a number of steps, the end product being a formatted document that is suitable for printing ("print ready"). The successful Tenderer shall be required to provide a professional printing and binding service. LOT 2 Tenderers shall provide a proposal to update the design of the current Website www.irisoifigiul.ie. and provide additional user functionality. The website will have an openly accessible public interface where PDF versions of current and archived editions of Iris Oifigiúil can be accessed and downloaded. A search facility must be provided enabling users to search for specific notices and content within Iris Oifigiuil. Tenderers shall provide a secure bespoke user-friendly Website, either separately or through www.irisoifigiuil.ie, and underlying architecture (the "System") to manage the production of Iris Oifigiul. . The Website will be used by Government Departments, Offices and Agencies and other users to upload draft notices for inclusion in Iris Oifigiuil. The notices will pass through a number of stages, the end product being a formatted PDF document that is suitable for printing.
