Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is a call to competition by IE for the services of a specialist(s) to under Preventative Maintenance & Repairs to our Small Plant, Hand Power Tools & Tower Lights both on and off site at approx. 28 locations across our Network.
The PQQ has been divided into 2 Specific Lots with a detailed specification for each Lot to be issued out at the Tender Stage of this competition to all Applicants who have successfully passed the Pre-Qualification Stage of this competition.
The contract the subject of this competition is for three years subject to a 2-year extension based on contract performance and the changing needs of the Business.
The Pre-Qualification Documents are as follows:
- Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ)
Please note that all questions on the PQQ are mandatory and must be completed in as much detail as possible to allow us to evaluate in a fair and consistent manner. If the question isn’t relevant, then please state so and the reasons for same.
PQQ Returns:
Your completed PQQ Submission and all supporting documentation should be uploaded on to the E-tenders Portal not later than 12.00 Noon on Friday 21st April 2023
