3353 - Delivery of a SaaS based telephony solution including call centre functionality, maintenance and support.

This is a Prior Information Notice/ Request for Information to potential service providers to deliver a SaaS based telephony solution including contact centre functionality, maintenance and support. It is the Councils requirement to leverage the investment in the Microsoft Technology stack as much as possible. Microsoft Teams/headsets have replaced desktop phones and thus the system must integrate with Microsoft Teams natively. The service will be delivered across the Council including; County Hall, Clondalkin Civic Offices, Libraries and external Depots. The project includes complete migration from the existing infrastructure, data and services and subsequent support and maintenance of new infrastructure and services. Any documents contained within the Prior Information Notice are indicative only and may be subject to change prior to the formal release of the tender.
