The standards of street cleaning and street bin emptying required by the Council of the Contractor in the provision of the service, reflects the status of the Council and requires the Contractor to provide the highest possible standards in order to improve the overall presentation of town and its surroundings. The location of work shall include various sites within Dundalk town (urban).
