HSE20107 - Tender for package of care for client with complex needs
The HSE hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit tenders for a package of care for a client in Waterford. Service is required for a 59-year-old who has a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, Personality Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. The client has significant levels of dependency and receives support across all activities of daily living; the client has a Barthel Score of 0, and requires a multidisciplinary person centred bespoke service with 2:1 staffing.
