Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is a call to competition by IE for suitably qualified companies to participate in the pre-qualification process for the proposed tender for Twin Track construction between Glounthuane to Midleton which comprises of

• Twin tracking of the single-track sections between Glounthaune and Midleton (approximately 70% of the 10km route)
• Reconfiguration of the operational track layouts, as required.
• Provision of sidings/turn back facility at Midleton.
• Provision of new cable containment routes from Glounthaune to Midleton
• Facilitation of signalling upgrades and alterations.
• All associated works (drainage, retaining walls, boundary treatments, etc.).

Can you ensure when responding to the PQQ Questionnaire ( Attached separately Appendices 1-4) that your answers are sufficiently detailed to allow the evaluation team to access the suitability of your responses.

All questions in the PQQ Questionnaire must be answered.

The Pre-Qualification Documents are as follows:

• Pre-Qualification Document
• PQQ Questionnaire -Appendix 1-4
• Invitation Letter

PQQ Returns:

Your completed PQQ Submission and all supporting documentation should be uploaded on to the E-tenders Portal not later than 12.00 Noon on Wednesday 31^st  May  2023
