Please find attached a Request for Tenders for the provision of Funeral Director Services including the removal of remains to the Dublin District Mortuary or other mortuary as directed by the Dublin District Coroner, storage of remains on occasion and burial or cremation of remains.
Department of Justice (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Services”).
In summary, the Services comprise: Funeral Director Services including the removal of remains to the Dublin District Mortuary or other mortuary as directed by the Dublin District Coroner, storage of remains on occasion and burial or cremation of remains. Please see Appendix 1 Requirements and Specification for further details.
This public procurement competition (the “Competition”) will be conducted in accordance with the open procedure under the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (Statutory Instrument 284 of 2016) (the “Regulations”).
