The overall scope of the project is the design and construction of a 4,800m2 GIFA Advanced Building Solution, together with external works, on IDA Ireland’s Mullingar Business & Technology Park at Ardmore, Mullingar The Works comprise • • Building – Large Production/ Light Industrial Area and Offices to Cat A standard • • Drainage • • External Works • • Incoming Services • • Access Road The works are to be completed by 30 September 2024 (indicative). This project is being procured by IDA Ireland under Directive 2014/24/EU on public procurement as implemented into Irish law by SI No. 284 of 2016. All relevant references to previous EU and Irish public procurement legislation should thus be read as references to the current legislation
