Dear Sir/Madam,
This is a call to competition Iarnród Éireann (IE) for the establishment of Qualification System (QS) for the Supply and Delivery of 113lb Fishplates that may be required on an ad-hoc basis to various IE locations nationwide.
All requirements will be tendered to those companies who, at the time, have been successfully appointed to the QS. Requirements can be to various ad-hoc locations throughout the rail network. Please see PQQ document for further information.
The Qualification System, the subject of this competition, will be valid for 36 months with an option to extend additional for up to 24 months, (at IEs discretion) and will remain open for companies to join during the three-year period once they meet the evaluation criteria.
The initial date on the front of the PQQ is so as to set up the qualification system.
The Qualification system will run from 26.03.2023 to 25.03.2026
PQQ Queries and Clarifications
All queries must be submitted in writing through the eTenders portal.
PQQ Returns
Your completed PQQ document and any supporting documentation should be returned via the online eTenders portal, by 12:00 noon on Monday, 06th March 2023.
New applicants can still submit a PQQ after 06th March 2023 until the expiry date of this Qualification system.
Please note that emailed or hard copies will not be accepted.
