MRT 073 - Architect Led Integrated Design Team to deliver an Economic Enterprise Hub, Kinnegad

Architect led Design and Technical Advisory Team, including the Employers Representative and Resident Engineer to deliver the conversion of a protected structure, the Masters House Kinnegad into an Economic Enterprise Hub. The specific services in respect of the project will be delivered in five discrete stages • Stage (i) Project Inception and Preliminary Report • Stage (ii) Design Stage, Statutory Planning and Design • Stage (iii) Tender Action, Evaluation and Award • Stage (iv) Construction • Stage (v) Handover and Final Completion Full description of the services required by the Client is provided in Schedule B of the Tender and Schedule for the Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services (Technical).
