HSE 20246 Unified Comms - Provision of Unified Communications & Telephony Solution

The purpose of this tender is to assist Children's Health Ireland (CHI) in procuring a fully resilient, managed and supported Telephony and Unified communications (UC) solution that combines voice, video, mobility, messaging, meeting, collaboration, and workflow configurations in a single solution. The proposed solution will take into consideration the existing voice, video, mobile, messaging collaborations and communications environment currently in use in CHI and associated satellite sites. Integration to the new Epic EHR (Electronic Health Record) system will also be key to enabling efficient and collaborative communications.
