Detailed description:

DCU is seeking a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that can facilitate the recording and sharing of students assessed level of competence against DCU’s Transversal Skills Competence Framework. The solution must be scalable to support delivery in the administration of students’ Transversal Skills competencies for upwards of 20,000 students.
