Notes to Tenderers:

• Tender Upload -20^th January 2023 at 1200hrs
• Last Date for Queries – 15^th February 2023 at 1600hrs
• Tender Return Deadline – 20^th February 2023
• This competition has a two-envelope tender return. Can all tenderers ensure that the completed Form of Tender and Schedule and the completed pricing document are uploaded into the commercial response envelope. All other documents as part of this tender submission shall be submitted into the quality envelope submission.
• The quality envelope for each tenderer will be assessed first. Failure to meet the minimum requirements under this quality submission will result in termination from the competition.
• Only tenderers who meet the minimum pass/fail and quality criteria will progress further in the competition and have the commercial envelope opened and assessed.
