UCDOPP5288 - IT and MIS Support Services to University College Dublin

Dear Tenderer

University College Dublin or any wholly owned subsidiaries thereof  (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tender (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of IT and MIS Support Services to University College Dublin. Full details of the requirements are available in Appendix 1: Requirements and Specifications in the RFT.

The Contracting Authority estimates that the expenditure on the Services to be covered by the proposed Services Contract to some €247,000  (excl. VAT) over the Term and any possible extensions.  The Term will not exceed four (4) years in aggregate. Tenderers must understand that this figure is an estimate only based on current and future expected usage.

Issue Request for Tender (RFT): 16^th January 2023

Bidder’s Briefing:  7^th February  2023 (afternoon)

Deadline for Clarifications on RFT:  14^th February 2023 (12.00pm)

Deadline for Submission of Tenderer Responses:    23rd February 2023  (12.00pm)
