To all tendering consultants: Ennis 2040 D.A.C. now seeks Construction Cost Management Services in respect of the above development.

The nature and extent of the project, services required, and delivery timeframe are detailed on the attached Briefing Document and Project Drawings which should be read in conjunction with this invitation. The Briefing Document, along with the Instructions to Tenderers document, also details the criteria used to select the most advantageous proposal submitted.

Expenses and disbursements – travelling, subsistence, printing etc. should be estimated and included in the lump sum fees tendered. Fee bids should be returned on the attached relevant Tender and Schedule Form (FTS9). I am to inform you, that should your fee proposal be successful, your appointment will be the subject of the New Conditions of Engagement for Construction Consultants (without amendment).

You are requested to confirm that you can provide the required services, including the roles noted above, within the timeframe stated in the Briefing Document.

Note: late submissions will not be accepted.
