8223 - Supply of Office furniture products

This is a call to competition by Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) for the supply of Office Furniture Products (the “Contract”) Contract Notice issued in OJEU and Etenderswebsite www.etenders.gov.ie (http://www.etenders.gov.ie) on 12.01.2023 under reference RFT 230821 - 8223 - Supply of office furniture products.

IÉ, on behalf of Dublin Bus, & CIE, have a requirement for the provision of Office Furniture Products. The requirement would be for a range of office furniture requirements including but not limited to; Office chairs, specialised office chairs, office desks, filing cabinets etc. Applicants should note this contract will involve ordering by various offices across the CIE group with deliveries to individual locations nationwide.

 

Applicants should note, IE have implemented SAP Ariba and it is intended that all orders requested by IÉ  will be placed using SAP Ariba for requirements under this contract. The successful tenderer will be required to provide a link to a punchout catalogue in SAP Ariba prior to an award of contract.

The closing date for PQQ submissions is 13.02.2023 @ 12noon.
