8050 - Single Party Framework Agreement for the services of a Designated Body (DeBo) and Notified Body (NoBo) for DART + Programme

This is a call to competition by Iarnród Éireann for a Single Party Framework Agreement for the services of a Designated Body (DeBo) and Notified Body (NoBo) for DART + Programme
You are invited to submit a response for the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) for the above-mentioned Contract. Further details are available in the Pre-Qualification document published with this Notice. In order to participate you need to log on to eTenders notice and download a pre-qualification questionnaire.
Applicants will only be scored against the advised Pass/ Fail and Selection Criteria as set out in the PQQ, and the decision to include applicants on the tender list will be based on the applicant’s successful response to the requirements of the pre-qualification stage.
In accordance with Interoperability Directive (EU) 2016/797, recognition by the Commission for Rail Regulation (CRR) in Ireland will be a mandatory requirement for this tender, and only vendors recognized by the CRR will be shortlisted and invited to tender.
Completed Applications must be submitted by 12:00, noon on 7th February 2023 via the Etenders portal only, and all queries must be addressed via the Etenders messaging service.
