Dear Supplier,

SUPPLY OF IDENTIFIABLE INERT TRAINING WEAPONS FOR THE IRISH DEFENCE FORCES.

  1. Please note that all documents relating to this competition are available to download from etenders.gov.ie (http://www.etenders.gov.ie) only.
  2. All communication should be in accordance with the rules contained within the documentation.
  3. The supplier is requested to carefully read the documentation in relation to the format/ protocol for questions, response times, and format of response and note that they are via the e-tenders website only.
  4. All clarifications should be submitted through use of the standard clarification form that is contained with the tender documentation.
  5. Please note the contracting authority will not be responsible for any costs, charges, or expenses incurred in preparing a response. The authority also reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage up to the formal conclusion of the contract.
  6. Suppliers are requested to monitor emails from EU-Supply (i.e. the e-tenders website) as clarifications will be notified from the e-tenders email rather than the authorities corporate email address.
