Detailed description:

MFI published a Pre-Qualification document on 9th December 2022 and all parties who registered an interest received a copy of the Pre-Qualification Document. Interested applicants submitted a response to the Pre-Qualification Document. MFI evaluated the responses to the Pre-Qualification Document and selected the top 5 ranked Tenderers (6 in total). This ITPCN is only being issued to those Tenderers.
