SEED Project - Provision of Architect Led Design Team Services for The SEED Project

THE SEED PROJECT consists of the following main elements: • Restoration and redevelopment of the Ritz heritage building (former cinema) as a vibrant Enterprise Centre. (capacity 200 people); • Redevelopment of an existing public car park to create a new, high quality, multi-functional civic space with canopy shelters, enhanced pedestrian linkages, accessibility and public conveniences (including Changing Places facility); • Façade enhancements to the Ballybofey Shopping Arcade improving its visual presentation to the new civic space; • Provision of a new two-storey car park with approx. 130no. spaces, sustainable urban drainage system (SUDS) and enhanced pedestrian linkage to the new civic space; • All associated ancillary works to include site drainage, connection to public water supply and other services, landscaping, development related signage & public art, connection & discharge to the public sewerage network.
