22 50 - Ongoing Maintenance and Repairs to the Housing Agency Head Office Building

The Contracting Authority require a suitably qualified contractor to deliver ongoing maintenance and repairs to their office buildings at 52, 53 and 54 Mount Street Upper, Dublin 2. The buildings are three four storeys over basement comprising the Main Offices of The Housing Agency. The services will include Ongoing Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, and urgent Repairs.
