ADAPT 4PM Services - Project Management Services - ADAPT 4 Programme

Project Management companies are hereby invited to express an interest (Stage1 of 2-stage restricted procedure) in providing Programme and Project Management services of the ADAPT 4 (Accelerated Delivery of Architectural Planning & Tendering) Programme of 27 no. school building projects, divided into four (4 no.) Bundles (ADAPT 4A, ADAPT 4B, ADAPT 4C & ADAPT 4D) and within each Bundle projects are further sub-divided into Lots (for the purposes of appointing Design Teams).

The 27 projects listed in the ADAPT 4 programme are New School Buildings Projects.   The schools in Bundles 4A, 4B, 4C and 4D (comprising 10, 4, 6 and 7 schools respectively) have not commenced and the design teams appointed to these bundles will therefore be responsible for full Stage 1-5 delivery as employer led designed schools. Details of the schools, Bundles and the Lots within each Bundle are set out in the Excel file ADAPT 4 List of Projects included with the suite of EoI documentation.  The Successful Tenderer will be appointed to Project Manage all four bundles.
