2890 - Multi-Party Design Team Services re: the Construction of a Critical Care Unit

Dear Tenderer,

Beaumont Hospital requires the design and construction of a new Emergency Critical Care Unit on a specific site within the Hospital campus. Beaumont Hospital intends to appoint an architect-led, multi-disicplinary design team in this regard.

Each discipline will be the subject of a separate appointment; however, groupings of separate disicplines must come together (under the leadership of the architectural discipline) and prepare a single overall submission in order to participate in this competition. The Invitation to Tender documentation issued with this notice contains full instructions regarding the preparation and submission of tenders.

A separate SAQ and a separate Form of Tender is required from each discipline. The Architectural discipline, acting as Design Team Lead, must collate all material and prepare a single overall response, including a full response to the qualitative award criteria contained in the Instructions to Tenderers.

TENDERERS ARE ADVISED THAT, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE FIRE ENGINEERING DISCIPLINE, PARTICIPATION IN MORE THAN ONE GROUPING BY ANY ORGANISATION IS PROHIBITED.
