PROJ000008272 - FCL030F Single Supplier Framework Contract for the Supply of Cleaning, Paper, Personal Hygiene & Period Equality Products
Dear Tenderer,
The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform (the “Contracting Authority”) is issuing this request for tenders (“RFT”) as a central purchasing body for use by the Framework Clients (defined below).
1. Central Government.
2. Education Sector.
3. An Garda Siochána.
4. The Irish Prison Service.
5. The Defence Forces.
6. Local Government.
7. The Health Sector.
The Office of Government Procurement (the “OGP”) is an office within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform tasked with sourcing goods and services on behalf of the public service. References to the Contracting Authority will be deemed to include the OGP.
In summary, the products comprise:
o Cleaning Supplies;
o Paper Hygiene Products;
o Personal Hygiene Products;
o Floor Cleaning Products;
o Kitchen Cleaning Products;
o Laundry Cleaning Chemical Products;
o Housekeeping Products;
o Washroom Products;
o Waste Disposal Products i.e. refuse sacks;
o Period Equality Products.
Single supplier framework divided into 16 lots.
Please refer to the RFT for further details relating to Lotting requirements and structure.
The Framework Agreement will be for a duration of 24 Months (2 years) with an option to extend by 12 months (1 year) with a maximum of two (2) such extensions.
