The Contracting Authority intends to create a panel of six suitability qualified Integrated Design Teams (“Framework Members”).
Stage 1 Restricted Procedure
Tenderers are requested to participate in the competition by submitting a response to the and Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (the “Response”) which will be assessed on both a pass/fail and qualitative basis. Eight shortlisted tenderers will be taken forward to stage 2 (Invitation to Tender) at a later stage.
